Where planning permission is required, we can prepare appropriate drawings and submit an application on your behalf to the Local Authority. We will also maintain regular contact with the appointed case officer as the application is processed. Applications are normally handled within an 8 week period and consent is valid for three years from the date of approval.

If your proposals are classified as permitted development then we recommend that you apply for a Certificate of Lawful Development to future proof against changes in the law. We can prepare and process an application for you, the content of which is virtually identical to that required for a planning application.

If your property lies within a Conservation Area or is Listed, you may require Conservation Area and / or Listed Building Consent requiring additional drawings and information over and above that required for a planning application. We can prepare and handle both types applications on your behalf.
